Return Policy

All returns are for RC Rustic Boutique store credit ONLY.

Clothing:

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date, or your item will not be refunded. Items returned within the proper time frame, can be returned for a store credit or exchange. All items MUST BE unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the original tags still on the items. Please be aware of the stipulation associated with special sales before purchasing. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup, or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! 

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on any international order. We are not responsible for any lost packages during the international shipping process. Once the international order is shipped and scanned by mail carrier, we are no longer responsible.

How to make a return:

  • Please make sure your return meets all the return criteria stated above. Note, all sale items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return.
  • Email us (rcrusticboutique@gmail.com) with your order number, items you are wanting to return, if you want a store credit or exchange and reason for the return.
  • All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the items and confirm they are eligible for a refund, we will process the exchange and send an email confirmation. Please expect 1-5 days to complete the return process.

 

Purses/bags/accessories:

All purses, bags and accessories are FINAL SALE unless damaged while shipping. If there was an issue with your item upon arrival, please email or dm us with picture as proof of what is wrong. Please allow 1-2 days for a response.
